work is paid for in full.

4. The client or it's authorized agents may, at anytime, terminate the agreement between the client and iWebMarketingpro.
5. The Marketing Plan Agreement is subject to change in the first 30 days of the agreement.
6. Remaining flexible to market changes is important. Both the client and iWebMarketingPro will work together to reach an agreement
on any items that remain unsettled. If no agreement is reached the two parties will agree to an independent arbitrator. The arbitrator
must be unknown to both the client and iWebMarketingPro
